Whether your preferences lean toward wine, beer, margaritas or bourbon, the Cordial Cork in Richmond’s Historic Depot District gives customers the opportunity to pick any four products for a create-your-own tasting flight. Just around the corner in the storied Loft Highway Building, Roscoe’s Coffee Bar and Tap Room also offers a flight of four craft beers sourced from an evolving lineup of producers located throughout Indiana and across the country. Heading West, By Hand & Fork serve up a morning refreshment with mimosa flights. Meanwhile in Centerville, 5 Arch Brewing Company pours short glasses of signature brews for a five-beer tasting flight of its very own. For a different taste, Yamato’s Japanese Steakhouse offers sake flights.

Why not cool down this summer over a refreshing south-of-the-border flight? In a rainbow of fruity flavors, the frozen margarita sampler at El Bronco is the perfect way to wash down a basket of chips and salsa. Richmond and Wayne County flights aren’t limited to just drinks, either. Ullery’s Ice Cream in the Depot District dishes up “Soaring Scoop Samplers” featuring four frosty flavors of your choice from a menu of delicious options that include vanilla, chocolate, red raspberry, cookies & cream, sea salt caramel and mint chocolate chip, just to name a few.

You’ll have to cross over the state line, but just barely, to check out Cedar Coffee in nearby New Paris, a one-stop shop for flights of wine, wine lemonades and coffee cocktails. And bring the kids by in the wintertime to warm up with a seasonal flight of flavored hot chocolates.
