Location & General Information
Central Midwest Location, within 90 minutes of several large cities, Only 40 minutes from the Dayton International Airport. Facility is located off Interstate 70.104 acres of ground, plenty of free parking, and a variety of nearby hotel/motel options. Catering and food truck services available.
Meeting Facilities
First Bank Kuhlman Center
Designed to accommodate a wide variety of indoor events, this 20,000-square-foot building has a capacity of 2,000 people. The main hall is 120′ x 120′ and the front lobby is 30′ x 30′. The facility is equipped with a commercial kitchen, heating and air conditioning, restrooms, a sound system, and electrical and water hookups.
First Bank Expo Hall
The largest building on the grounds, the First Bank Expo Hall is a 37,500-square-foot building and has a capacity of 5,347 people. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, a sound system, a small office, restrooms, and electrical and water hookups.
Outdoor Stage
This 40’ x 60’ open-sided building is wonderful for summer concerts and shows. Equipped with electric.
Camping facilities
Spread throughout the grounds, all hookups include electric and water is available at most. Two dump stations are also located on grounds at the south and southeast end of the First Bank Expo Hall.
Restrooms & Shower House
This seasonal restroom and shower house provides flushing toilets and stall showers for convenient on-site accommodations. Weather dependent, these facilities are open from April to October.
Exhibit Hall
Enclosed 60’ x 150’ building with a concrete floor and electrical and water hookups.
Agricultural Event Facilities
Horse Arena
Large 140’ x 280’ arena complete with announcer’s box and bleachers
Horse Barn
This 15,000-square-foot area features a dirt floor, 80 box stalls, a wide 20’ main aisle, and outside water and electrical hookups.
Wayne County Farm Bureau Show Arena
120’ x 120’ covered arena with surrounding bleachers, electrical hookups and PA system.
Open sided LiVestock Barns
3 60′ x 150′ livestock barns with concrete floor and water/electric hookups.
Track
A great space for outdoor rodeos, tractor pulls, truck pulls, and various other outdoor events! Includes a ticket booth, announcer’s box, and bleachers.
Wayne County Farm Bureau Gazebo
Donated by the Wayne County Farm Bureau, this beautiful new addition will serve as a great place to host wedding ceremonies, family reunions, small concerts, and more!”

This smaller warm-up arena is conveniently located east of the horse arena and north of the horse barn.
