Location & General Information
Central Midwest Location, within 90 minutes of several large cities, Only 40 minutes from the Dayton International Airport. Facility is located off Interstate 70.104 acres of ground, plenty of free parking, and a variety of nearby hotel/motel options. Catering and food truck services available.
Meeting Facilities
First Bank Kuhlman Center
Offers 6 exhibit, show, or meeting facilities. Tables, leather choirs, VCR and monitors, podiums, microphones and a complete P.A. system are provided at no extra cost. It has a fully equipped kitchen area and heating/air conditioning. Designed to accommodate a wide variety of indoor events, this 20,00 square foot building has a main hall of 120′ x 120′, three conference rooms of 40′ x 45′, and a front lobby of 30′ x 30′. The facility is equipped with a banquet-kitchen, heating and air conditioning, a sound system, and an electrical and water hookup.
First Bank Expo Hall
A37,500 sq ft. building that seats 5,347 people. The partially enclosed building provides 800 amp service and is perfect for open-air entertainment.

Concrete Building
This 40’x50′ open-sided building is wonderful for summer concerts and shows. Electrical hookup.

The 15,000 Square ft area features a dirt floor, 30 box stalls, and a large open center for exhibits. There are outside water and electrical hookups.
Outdoor Show Arena
Covered arena with electrical hookup. It is excellent for livestock and small animal shows
Open sided LiVestock Barns
3 60′ x 150′ livestock bams with concrete floor and water/electric hookups.
