Our event sales department is here to make your event planning less time-consuming and more streamlined. We will work with you to create the overall event experience you desire.

In addition to connecting you with appropriate event venues, lodging facilities, caterers, rental equipment companies, etc. for your participant’s off-site leisure time activities, RWC CTB can provide you with self-guided participant maps highlighting local flavor dining, attractions, shopping, wine tasting, etc.

RWC has a wide selection of both traditional and non-traditional event facilities to accommodate anything from small retreats to large conventions. (300-person capacity for professional events at Holiday Inn and the Quality Inn properties to thousands at our Wayne County Fairgrounds First Bank Exposition Center and county fairground facilities.

Additionally, there are both large and intimate recreational and sports facilities (indoor and outdoor) to host a variety of sporting competitions including baseball, basketball, bowling, disc golf, fast pitch, golf, pickle ball, skating, volleyball, wrestling, pool, BMX races, swimming, and more.
