This new city park features beautiful green space, and tables & chairs for outdoor dining. Jack Elstro Plaza is also home to the Richmond Farmers Market Saturday mornings. Come enjoy the outdoors at this unique gathering place! New is Jack Elstro’s “Play in the Plaza” where you can enjoy ping pong, chess/checkers, foosball, and corn hole – equipment/game pieces are available for check out at Morrisson Reeves Library which is across the street from Elstro Plaza – 80 N 6th St, Richmond. Curb-side pick-up is available for the game equipment. Call (765) 966-8291 to secure a time for pick-up. Once you are done with the equipment, place it in the book drop box.
