This year, CEC's Fall Foliage 5k/10k race is going virtual!The beauty of a virtual race is that you can run it where ever you want and whenever you want within the dates of Sunday, October 18, to Sunday, October 25, 2020!Just get outside, get some exercise and enjoy the fresh air while supporting Cope Environmental Center. The course will be lightly marked with spray paint arrows.T-shirt pickup will be Saturday, October 24 from 9:00am-12:00pm, and Tuesday, October 27 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Cope Environmental Center.Fees: $20.00 registration feeRegistration: Register online at www.active.com - Search "Cope Environmental Center". You can also pick up a physical registration form at Cope Environmental Center Monday-Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm.Course: The Fall Foliage 5k course begins on a trail, transitions to gravel, then quickly changes to a short stretch of paved road, finally the course moves back to narrower grass/mulch/hard packed trail. There are exposed roots and trip hazards; trail may be muddy if there is rain. 10k route will do two loops of 5k course.
