The weather outside is beginning to get colder by the day. The crisp air reminds us that the holidays are only weeks away! As you browse department store black Friday ads, let us not forget our locally owned small businesses and everything they offer to Wayne County!
The Deck the Halls Artisan & Cultural Trail, Fri-Sun. December 4-6, highlights many talented artisans scatteredthroughout the beautiful landscapes of Wayne County. Along the trail, you'll find local artisan studios, local store open houses and retail galleries featuring one-of-a-kind wares perfect for gift giving. You may even find something for yourself that you just can't live without! When you purchase a locally made item along the Deck the Halls trail, your purchases keep these businesses around, supporting our local economy and a unique, thriving community of businesses. Holiday events and entertainment can be found along the trail to get you into the holiday spirit!
At the Old National Road Welcome Center, you can join us for our Holiday open house and browse our unique gift shop filled with an array of locally made items.
