Painted by Joe Thompson & Joe Swanson, We strived to create a piano with a feeling of old-time advertising with a connection to Historic Richmond by using Victorian imagery and weaving our own childhood experiences of exploring the Starr-Gennett “ruins” and other historic sites that were once booming industries. The title Chrome Children is borrowed from indie record label Stones Throw.
