Historic National Road

Travelers along Indiana’s historic National Road will see landscapes marked by the heyday of the 1840s to the 1940s. Historic villages with traditional Main Streets give way to rural pastures. See the fifteen interpretive panels along the National Road from Richmond to Terre Haute. Each panel tells the story of the National Road and the specific attraction it honors.
